The challenge

Adaptive learning is hard to get right — push too fast and students give up, too slow and they disengage. The platform had to read each learner and adjust without feeling mechanical.

Our approach

We built adaptive pathways driven by mastery signals, added an AI tutor that explains and encourages, and designed engagement mechanics that reward progress at every level.
